Kubica as a Citroen consultant in WTCC

Robert Kubica agreed with the proposal of Citroen and will become a consultant of  a French manufacturer in the WTCC series, where Citroen will attend in 2014. Very happy with this arrangement is Yves Matton, who, according to rumours, also suggested Robert to start in WRC in August.

"We have an idea to get the advice of Robert. Idea of listening the experience that he has" - said a few days ago Matton, who also claimed that he really want to see Robert at least in one race in the WTCC next year.
"If he will be kind enough to take part in one race, then of course it will take place. Until then it is not a matter of consideration, because he is focused on rallying - but we'll see what happens then. Whenever possible, we will try to place him in at least one race"- said the Frenchman.
It is already known that Robert has agreed to help Citroën in racing, and his experience will be invaluable for the team.
"With his vast experience we will know in which direction to follow and how to develop the car. We will save a lot of precious time" - said Matton. Thus, Robert will have a major impact on the development of the car, which will travel Sebastien Loeb.
It is not known whether Kubica will agree to take part in the WTCC next year, even only in one race. It is also unlikely that he agrees to a proposal for the start in the WRC Rally in Germany in August, and apparently this was a proposal received from Matton after a Sebastien Loeb has decided not to compete in the event.
Although the start of the event has ensured Khalid Al Qassimi and Mikko Hirvonen and Dani Sordo will be screened in the next few races, it was said that Robert was to be a "dark horse" of Citroen for German asphalt.
Recall that Robert will start in Germany in WRC2 and it is unlikely that he changes this decision, but the interest of Citroen regarding Robert in WRC - if it was true - bodes well for the future.

Again, on the blog there will be conducted full report of the race and you'll find here everything import_ant. There will also be a live-timing and rally radio.
