Thursday, 12.05: Where exactly is Robert Kubica?

After leaving Santa Corona hospital Robert Kubica went to his home in Monaco to rest for a few days. Now he is in medical facility of his doctor, Riccardo Ceccarelli. But we are not sure if it is a famous Formula Medicine, in which Robert (along with for example Jarno Trulli) have been preparing for F1 races. This clinic is located in Capezzano Pianore near Pisa in Italy.

Robert Kubica is the most import_ant Ceccarelli`s patient. In Italian clinic trained also Fernando Alonso, Felipe Massa and Heikki Kovalainen. Pole is training in this facility since 2003 and his accident in Poland. Ceccarelli immediately after the February accident in Rally Ronde di Andoara went to Pietra Ligure to supervise Robert`s treatment. Now Kubica is in his facility. But we don`t know whether he is in a well-known Formula Medicine or in another, less known facility cooperating with Ceccarelli.

But almost certain is, however, that Lotus Renault GP driver is in Capezzano Pianore, about 30 kilometres from Pisa and 180 km from Bologna. Pole is even starring in advertisement on clinic`s official website. Formula Medicine was created specially for racing drivers. It is carried out not only the physical training but also intensive psychological training, specially adapted, on the basis of many-years researches, to the tasks which races requires.

On website of this institution, you can see many interesting pictures and short videos with Robert Kubica during training. There is also a very interesting picture, showing a Pole with a hand in a special plaster and rehabilitation tool attached to his fingers. The whole thing looks like bionic hand. This is obviously a picture from rehabilitation in 2003 after a road accident in Poland. That time Robert was firstly operated in Poland, but wrongly made surgery (crushed nerves didn`t react properly) made him went to Ceccarelli`s clinic.

Below I present maps with Formula Medicine and a picture of Kubica`s recovery in 2003.  Photo comes from: http://www.formulamedicine.com/en/medical.php

DUE TO BLOGGER PROBLEMS  (18 HOURS WITHOUT ACCES TO PANEL) I HAD TO RESTORE YESTERDAY`S POST.
