Monday, 18.04: A beautiful gesture of the World Series by Renault for Robert Kubica

The racing world doesn`t forget about Robert Kubica. On Sunday we could have seen a beautiful and very unexpected gesture from participants of World Series by Renault, series, in which in 2005 Pole won. At the season`s opening on Motorland Aragon track in Spain, they prepared a large banner with Kubica`s photo and the words "See you soon Robert."

The victory in Formula Renault 3.5 in 2005 was the biggest success of Robert Kubica before Formula 1 starts. Thanks to it Kubica actually got to F1 because as a reward for winning this series were tests in Renault F1 car, at that time the best car on the grid. During these tests, Kubica did very well, which focused at him attention of several Formula 1 teams, including BMW Sauber and Minardi.

Now, when Robert is experiencing the most difficult period in his career, the former friends do not forget about him. Before Sunday's race, on start-finish straight of the track Motorland Aragon in Spain they set a large banner with Kubica`s photo and words "See you soon Robert". On the background of it drivers and stuff took photo. You can see it at the following address: World Series by Renault greets Robert Kubica

Co-organizer of the series, Jaime Alguersuari Sr. (father of Jaime), said: "Robert won his most important title in the World Series before racing in Formula 1. He went directly from the Formula Renault 3.5 Series to F1, that is proof of his immense talent. In FR 3.5, he showed his skills, his determination and all his human qualities as well. 2005 was a landmark year in his career, and a very important one in the history of the World Series. He left his mark on the Series and we want to send him our support."

"We know his qualities, his driving ambition and his determination to progress all the time. We're convinced that Robert will be back in a car this year. Maybe in November, but he'll be back quickly. We're sending him this message to tell him that everybody remembers him, and that we're all thinking about him today."

"Robert, see you soon! Everybody's waiting for you to come back" - said Alguersuari.

It's very encouraging that the environment of motorsport has not forgotten about the Polish driver and believes in his return.
